Does this look like an "abused" or "neglected" child? CPS tells the Court that Jenny decided not to come back to California after visiting her Dad in Iowa. They lied. Jenny was threatened.Social Worker Louise Tobin flew to Iowa days before she was to return to California. She made arrangements for Jenny to be watched 24 hours a day. Jenny was forced to work at a Daycare center so she could be "babysat" while her father was at work. Dad disconnected his phone so Jenny had no way to call for help. She would sneak me messages when her Dad was sleeping. CPS is one sick agency. THEY ARE EVIL.
