THERE IS NO PENALTY FOR ELECTED OFFICIALS WHO EMBEZZLE MONEY FROM NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS (SECTIONS 91015). THIS IS WHY THERE’S SO MUCH CORRUPTION ON BOTH THE JUDICIAL AND LEGISLATIVE LEVELS. SECTION 91015 WAS REPEALED IN 1996!!!

This explains why California is so corrupt.
