Historian reveals tragedy of Swiss child trade (The Verdingkinder Scandal) (Swiss Child Trade):

Slave labour, beatings, sexual abuse, fear and isolation were the norm for thousands of “Verdingkinder”, or "discarded children", who were given away or sold as cheap labour until the 1950s. CPS does thesamething with Children by forcing them to undergo therapy and other services to create jobs for State workers. They place children in daycare centers so agencies receive Federal Funding. The Swiss Verdingkinder system has identifiable elements in common with the United States child protection system. The social processes identified common to both systems are:

1. Poor families required to register with the Government. (US Public Assistance, Welfare, Medicaid, Medicare and numerous other special programs.)

2. Once registered with the Government, Parents were subjected to ongoing monitoring to determine if "the best interest of the child" was served by removing the child from the hom and placing the child in the Verdingkinder system.

3. Children who aged out of the system were not intellectually and emotionally prepared for adult life, especially marital relationships.

4. Decisions about the "best interest of the child" were made by Government employees using subjective criteria.

5. Children auctioned off or distributed under government sanction. (US Child Protection Agencies post pictures of children held for adoption on the internet and foster parents are enticed with additional household income generated by foster children.)

6. Children physically abused, starved, and malnourished by State and foster custodians.

7. Children sexually abused by State and foster custodians.

8. Children murdered by State and foster custodians.

9. Children economically exploited. (In the Swiss system by the middlemen, farmers and businesses using the child labor; In the US system by State employees who wrongfully seize children for federal funds to meet the agency payroll, by psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers filing fraudulent insurance claims and crime victim therapy service provider claims for nonexistent or fictitious child crime victims, and by attorneys, prosecutors, child abuse investigators, juvenile court judges, and civil court judges who exploit false child abuse allegation to sustain their income, power or prestige.)

10. Criminal activity was concealed with the absence of records, falsified records and incomplete records.

11. Government agencies paid fees and subsidies to State and foster custodians who physically abused, murdered, sexually abused and economically exploited children.

12. Law enforcement agencies ignored or covered up criminal acts against children by State and foster custodians.

13. When prosecutions did occur for crimes against Verdingkinder, the punishment was minor compared to the crime.

14. The operation intended to benefit poor families and children became an organized criminal enterprise economically, physically, and sexually exploiting children.

15. Government officials and media not directly involved in the criminal activity refused to believe that a child slave trade could have developed in a civilized nation like Switzerland.

16. The economic exploitation of children in the Swiss system did not end until a cheaper means of farm production than child slave labor was found.

17. The Swiss child slave trade also expanded and operated outside of Government control. (The private purchasing and sale of children in the US is conducted by private child brokers and child adoption attorneys.)

With all of the advertising you see on TV or read in the newspaper about how how CPS rescues "abused" children....Take a good look at the pictures in this video and tell me if you think the State does a good job of raising kids. (Sorry Hillary)

Those pictures were taken at a State licensed "Foster home"! Most of the children CPS takes are NOT abused. They are taken for the sole purpose of profit! Child Protection and adoption agencies only care about one thing - MAKING MONEY! They take children away from low income and vulnerable families much in the same way the Swiss did with the 'Verdingkind' children.

UPDATE: Jenny's finally back home!

I'd like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the many people who have followed our case and to those who have recently emailed me asking for an update on my daughter who was illegally kidnapped by CPS in San Luis Obispo CA . Jenny is finally back home -- where she belongs. Thank you all for your encouragement and strong support. It was a long two years exposing the CPS child snatchers! I would never have imagined that my journey to justice would lead me half way across the world and to the US President!

Jen is still healing from her two year ordeal. I'm just glad that she is finally back home safely. She is considering suing the State of California now that she is 18. We have a Civil Rights Attorney who is interested in taking on her case. He has been quite succcessful in several other CPS lawsuits, and if Jenny does decide to sue I will be right behind her! I hope that my daughter will become an inspiration to the many other foster children who were illegally abducted each year for Federal Funds. May they never lose hope! Jenny knows how hard I fought for her and she's proud of me. (WOOT!)

As far as San Luis Obispo CPS and the Atascadero Police - they are still corrupt as hell and are still snatching kids and covering up their Fraud. I spoke to Schwarzenegger's Special Agent Officer Day and relayed the latest news and the fact that SLO still refuses to prosecute the people who embezzled from me while I fought for my daughter's return. We have lost our home and almost everything we had because of their greed. I suggested to Day cutting off their Federal Grants (CPS Block Grants and The Atascadero PD's COPS Grants), so we'll see if Arnie takes the hint and investigates. He recently appointed Maldonado as Lt. Governor, so I won't hold my breath. Looks like some Government bureaucrat took down my Families Unite 4 Children's Rights Website. Do the 'commies' really think they can silence both of us? HA! oh Puleassse! They can't hide behind their child trafficking operation much longer because people are starting to wake up, especially now with Obama's Socialized medicine and Euthanasia program.

I don't care how many false DUI's they give me, or how many you tube video's they falsly 'flag' as being 'inappropriate', or how many Gag Orders they place on me in attempts to silence the truth. The truth is CPS and other Government officials are covering up a HUGE child trafficking operation in America. They use intimidation, threats, and slander to silence the parents who are often harassed or thrown in jail on false charges. They violate human rights and destroy families while profitting; using children charities to money launder illegally obtained Federal Funds. Most of this is being done under the disguise of 'protecting' abused children; cases being heard in "secret courts" with fabricated evidence and without jury trials so the general public is completely unaware. CPS uses the media to spread propaganda so they can further their Socialist agenda and expand Social Services -- all at tax payers expense. These familes who are fighting for the truth are denied all constitutional rights. A person with a traffic ticket has more rights than a parent who is involved in a CPS case. A murderer has more rights than a CPS victim. CPS is America's dirty little secret. It's whats keeping the corrupt Politicians in office while draining our Social Security. The sad part is that most of these abductions are taking place right at school under the nose of others -- while the Government attempts to ban homeschooling so they can pluck a child at their whim so they can meet their yearly "Quota". Children provide "jobs" and it is estimated that each child CPS abducts supports 25 social workers. Many of the children who are being taken are not even abused or neglected. Over 1/2 of the children are being placed in foster care instead of with family members, many are being sold through an adoption agencies or over the internet. Others are being placed in mental institutions, are science projects and being drugged for profit. That, my friends, is the reality - the truth about CPS, who is a Government 'Eugenics' agency.

During these past two years while fighting to get my daughter back I spent every waking moment investigating CPS. I researched laws, evaluated other cases, contacted Government officials and various agencies. I called the media and spoke to many other parents who all shared similar stories with me. I have pages upon pages of contacts I made during this time but each call to Congress was a dead end. There was literally no where to turn for all of Congress turned a blind eye. My calls were ignored and my emails were blocked. The media refused to expose CPS because they were threatened, but I did manage to get in contact with the Chief Of Staff for a Senator I won't mention on this page. He confirmed that the corruption had spread to the Legislative level. He was very nervous after telling me; worried that his phone was tapped (like mine). He then cut off communication. He was literally that scared - he even hinted that he was going to resign. He wasn't the first person in Congress to confirm the corruption, however, and as time went by I spoke to other Senators who express their concerns. One Senator remarked that it seemed like America was creating the next "Brownshirts". I have to agree - something very wrong is going on within CPS.

I'll never know for sure why they took my daughter. Whether it was for some positive/negative eugenics project, or simply due to corruption and greed, but whatever the case may be I know that this experice has profoundly affected me in way I simply can't explain. It is an experience that will always stay with me. I think other 'victims' will probably compare it to being a Halocaust survivor. I can't deny the fact that I do see it this way. The slander, the propaganda, the way they persecute the parents and violate their rights. This is exactly what Hitler did to the Jews during World War II. Hopefully time will heal these wounds. In the meantime my healing is done by writing. Sharing our story helps other victims for know they know they are not alone.

CPS is a system that is completly out of control. They are broken. Those responsible need to be punished. They need to be held accountable for the hideous crimes they commit against families and children. The only way to make this happen is to alert the public that is is really happening so that they will get involved to help families. It is my hope that we can force Congress to take action and open up the secret courts!

May their be justice oneday for all the families and children who have suffered!

Nancy Schaefer Speaks at the World Congress on Families

Nancy Schaefer, President of Eagle Forum of Georgia and Eagle Forum's National Chairman for Parents' Rights, spoke at the World Congress on Families V in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on August 11, 2009.

Pro-family leaders and groups from 63 nations attended the World Congress of Families V. 900 delegates were Dutch and other nations represented included, United States, Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, Chile, the U.K., Ireland, Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Romania, Poland, Latvia, Moldavia, Slovakia, Russia, Nigeria, Ghana, the Democratic Republic, of Congo, Kenya, Pakistan, Australia, and the Philippines. More than 3,000 people around the world watched the live telecast via the Internet.

On August 16th, Schaefer delivered, via cyber space, her speech to the Nordic Committee for Human Rights (NCHR) in Gothenburg, Sweden on the protection of Family Rights in Nordic countries.

Schaefer spoke on "The Unlimited Power of Child Protective Services" (CPS).

She told her audience "children are seized unnecessarily from their families due to federal aid created in 1974 entitled "The Adoption and Safe Families Act." It offers financial incentives to the States that increase adoption numbers. To receive the 'adoption incentives' or 'bonuses', local CPS must have more children. They must have merchandise that sells… this is an abuse of power. It is lack of accountability and it is a growing criminal/political phenomenon spreading around the globe."

I covered Obama's speech in Prague today and did two TV interviews discussing my daughters kidnapping. When the reporter asked me if I had any words for the President my reply was "OBAMA OPEN UP THE SECRET COURTS". 

Are you listening Obama? "These secret courts are protecting the wrong people. They are protecting the criminals!" 

What is  going on with Child Welfare in the United States? What started this mass corruption? Why are so many children being taken without any evidence of abuse or neglect. No trial, no Jury; evidence is being suppressed. Why are children purposely being sent to live with abusers and convicted sex offenders? YES. that's right. Why are desperate Mothers being ignored? Why is there a war against Mothers, Children, and the American family unit? Is there some  law they are using we are unaware of? Why are parents being tricked and manipulated into attending endless Government programs that costs  tax payers over 100 billion dollars per year?  Why do Governement officials ignore parents who make fraud complaints? Why are children being drugged and sent to Mental Institutions and Detention centers?  Why is there NO "Accountability" or Independant "Oversight" of Child Protection Agencies?  

I decided to take my story global to find out why....

After a 15 month long investigation I can say conclusively that Child Trafficking involving  American children is occuring in the United States. This is beind done behind closed doors,  in "secret courts", all under the disguise of "Child Protection".  Parents are systematically slandered and reports are being falsified. The unlawful  persecution of countless  families and children is reminescent of Nazi Germany. Those who are guilty of this mass Racketeering should be prosecuted and sent to prison for their role in  kidnapping children for profit.

A BILL

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit human cloning.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the `Human Cloning Prohibition Act of 2009'.

SEC. 2. FINDINGS.
Congress finds that--
(1) some individuals have announced that they will attempt to clone human beings using the technique known as somatic cell nuclear transfer already used with limited success in sheep and other animals;
(2) nearly all scientists agree that such attempts pose a massive risk of producing children who are stillborn, unhealthy, or severely disabled, and considered opinion is virtually unanimous that such attempts are therefore grossly irresponsible and unethical;
(3) efforts to create human beings by cloning mark a new and decisive step toward turning human reproduction into a manufacturing process in which children are made in laboratories to preordained specifications and, potentially, in multiple copies;
(4) because it is an asexual form of reproduction, cloning confounds the meaning of `father' and `mother' and confuses the identity and kinship relations of any cloned child, and thus threatens to weaken existing notions regarding who bears which parental duties and responsibilities for children;
(5) because cloning requires no personal involvement by the person whose genetic material is used, cloning could easily be used to reproduce living or deceased persons without their consent;
(6) creating cloned live-born human children (sometimes called `reproductive cloning') necessarily begins by creating cloned human embryos, a process which some also propose as a way to create embryos for research or as sources of cells and tissues for possible treatment of other humans;
(7) the prospect of creating new human life solely to be exploited and destroyed in this way has been condemned on moral grounds by many, including supporters of a right to abortion, as displaying a profound disrespect for life, and recent scientific advances with adult stem cells indicate that there are fruitful and morally unproblematic alternatives to this approach;
(8) in order to be effective, a ban on human cloning must stop the cloning process at the beginning because--
(A) cloning would take place within the privacy of a doctor-patient relationship;
(B) the transfer of embryos to begin a pregnancy is a simple procedure; and
(C) any Government effort to prevent the transfer of an existing embryo, or to prevent birth once the transfer has occurred, would raise substantial moral, legal, and practical issues, so that it will be nearly impossible to prevent attempts at `reproductive cloning' once cloned human embryos are available in the laboratory;
(9) the scientifically and medically useful practices of cloning of DNA fragments, known as molecular cloning, the duplication of somatic cells (or stem cells) in tissue culture, known as cell cloning, and whole-organism or embryo cloning of nonhuman animals are appropriate uses of medical technology;
(10) in the preamble to the 1998 Additional Protocol on the Prohibition of Cloning Human Beings the Council of Europe agreed that `the instrumentalisation of human beings through the deliberate creation of genetically identical human beings is contrary to human dignity and thus constitutes a misuse of biology and medicine';
(11) collaborative efforts to perform human cloning are conducted in ways that affect interstate and even international commerce, and the legal status of cloning will have a great impact on how biotechnology companies direct their resources for research and development;
(12) at least 23 countries have banned all human cloning, including Canada, France, and Germany;
(13) the United Nations has passed a declaration calling for all human cloning to be banned by member nations; and
(14) attempts to create cloned human embryos for development of embryonic stem cell lines have been unsuccessful, most recently involving the exploitation of over a hundred women in South Korea to provide over 2,000 human eggs without the production of a single stem cell line.
SEC. 3. PROHIBITION ON HUMAN CLONING.
(a) In General- Title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after chapter 15, the following:
`CHAPTER 16--HUMAN CLONING
`Sec.
`301. Definitions.
`302. Prohibition on human cloning.
`Sec. 301. Definitions
`In this chapter:
`(1) HUMAN CLONING- The term `human cloning' means human asexual reproduction, accomplished by introducing the nuclear material of a human somatic cell into a fertilized or unfertilized oocyte whose nucleus has been removed or inactivated to produce a living organism (at any stage of development) with a human or predominantly human genetic constitution.
`(2) SOMATIC CELL- The term `somatic cell' means a diploid cell (having a complete set of chromosomes) obtained or derived from a living or deceased human body at any stage of development.
`Sec. 302. Prohibition on human cloning
`(a) In General- It shall be unlawful for any person or entity, public or private, in or affecting interstate commerce-
`(1) to perform or attempt to perform human cloning;
`(2) to participate in an attempt to perform human cloning; or
`(3) to ship or receive the product of human cloning for any purpose.
`(b) Importation- It shall be unlawful for any person or entity, public or private, to import the product of human cloning for any purpose.
`(c) Penalties-
`(1) IN GENERAL- Any person or entity that is convicted of violating any provision of this section shall be fined under this section or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.
`(2) CIVIL PENALTY- Any person or entity that is convicted of violating any provision of this section shall be subject to, in the case of a violation that involves the derivation of a pecuniary gain, a civil penalty of not less than $1,000,000 and not more than an amount equal to the amount of the gross gain multiplied by 2, if that amount is greater than $1,000,000.
`(d) Scientific Research- Nothing in this section shall restrict areas of scientific research not specifically prohibited by this section, including research in the use of nuclear transfer or other cloning techniques to produce molecules, DNA, cells other than human embryos, tissues, organs, plants, or animals other than humans.'.
(b) Clerical Amendment- The table of chapters for part I of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after the item relating to chapter 15 the following:
301'.

The Way Home (Gag-Order Back Door)

This is NOT, repeat NOT about "confidenality" of the minor as CPS likes to claim. If you look at their own statistics you will see that 80-90% of the children are not physically abused or molested.  Most of the cases they classify as "neglected" yet to CPS this could mean that the Mother didn't give their child Ritlin or vaccinate. This agency would like people to believe that they have all of these abused children in America and you would think we are living in a third world country. There are some cases of child abuse, however, the number of cases where a child dies at the hands of their biological parent is far less than those who die in foster care. It is said that 1 in 4 children will be molested, abused, raped, or killed in foster care. The true abuse cases are  sensationalized by propaganda and the media covers these stories.  Nancy Grace, Oprah, and others  air these cases on TV over and over.  CPS has a major advertising campaign and offers to give foster parents grant funds and pay off their mortgage but these techniques are unethical because they cover up the  "truth" about all the children who are abused or die in care. 

When there is a case of true child abuse these parents are given a jury trial and they actually have more rights than the innocent parents. The guilty parents are prosecuted whereas  in the "kidnapping cases" most parents don't have any trial, and many don't even  have any criminal charges against them. It does not matter to CPS whether you are innocent or guilty for they usually keep the child in the system for at least 1 year. This way they can obtain Federal funds. Once they take your child you are forced to complete a "case plan" which they bill you for later. . Most parents and children are given mental disorders and 2/3 of the children are medicated. 

Some children are returned and others are not. It depends on how much money they can make off your child. Many parents are given "gag orders" and threatened if they go to the media. I was told I had to write and tell them not to cover my story.  I was slandered and charged with Contempt of court because I spoke out and I refused to take down my websites. Instead I fled to protect my first Amendment Rights - FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND FREEDOM TO GO TO THE MEDIA

US Judges admit to Jailing Children for Money

PHILADELPHIA (Reuters) - Two judges pleaded guilty on Thursday to accepting more than $2.6 million from a private youth detention center in Pennsylvania in return for giving hundreds of youths and teenagers long sentences.

Judges Mark Ciavarella and Michael Conahan of the Court of Common Pleas in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, entered plea agreements in federal court in Scranton admitting that they took payoffs from PA Childcare and a sister company, Western PA Childcare, between 2003 and 2006.

"Your statement that I have disgraced my judgeship is true," Ciavarella wrote in a letter to the court. "My actions have destroyed everything I worked to accomplish and I have only myself to blame."

Conahan, who along with Ciavarella faces up to seven years in prison, did not make any comment on the case.

When someone is sent to a detention center, the company running the facility receives money from the county government to defray the cost of incarceration. So as more children were sentenced to the detention center, PA Childcare and Western PA Childcare received more money from the government, prosecutors said.

Teenagers who came before Ciavarella in juvenile court often were sentenced to detention centers for minor offenses that would typically have been classified as misdemeanors, according to the Juvenile Law Center, a Philadelphia nonprofit group.

One 17-year-old boy was sentenced to three months' detention for being in the company of another minor caught shoplifting.

Others were given similar sentences for "simple assault" resulting from a schoolyard scuffle that would normally draw a warning, a spokeswoman for the Juvenile Law Center said.

The Constitution guarantees the right to legal representation in U.S. courts. But many of the juveniles appeared before Ciavarella without an attorney because they were told by the probation service that their minor offenses didn't require one.

Marsha Levick, chief counsel for the Juvenile Law Center, estimated that of approximately 5,000 juveniles who came before Ciavarella from 2003 and 2006, between 1,000 and 2,000 received excessively harsh detention sentences. She said the center will sue the judges, PA Childcare and Western PA Childcare for financial compensation for their victims.

"That judges would allow their greed to trump the rights of defendants is just obscene," Levick said.

The judges attempted to hide their income from the scheme by creating false records and routing payments through intermediaries, prosecutors said.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court removed Ciavarella and Conahan from their duties after federal prosecutors filed charges on January 26. The court has also appointed a judge to review all the cases involved.

COPS in Schools (CIS)

The COPS in Schools (CIS) grant program is designed to help law enforcement agencies hire new, additional school resource officers (SROs) to engage in community policing in and around primary and secondary schools. CIS provides an incentive for law enforcement agencies to build collaborative partnerships with the school community and to use community policing efforts to combat school violence.

The COPS in Schools program provides a maximum federal contribution up of to $125,000 per officer position for approved salary and benefit costs over the 3-year grant period, with any remaining costs to be paid with local funds. Officers paid with CIS funding must be hired on or after the grant award start date. All jurisdictions that apply must also demonstrate that they have primary law enforcement authority over the school(s) identified in their application, and also demonstrate their inability to implement this project without federal assistance. Funding will begin when the new officers are hired on or after the grant award date, and will be paid over the course of the 3-year grant period.

COPS has announced 19 rounds of funding under the COPS in Schools program, including five that were a part of the Safe Schools/Healthy Students Initiative, a joint initiative between the Departments of Justice, Education, and Health and Human Services. The Safe Schools/Healthy Students grant program was developed to provide students, schools, and communities with the benefit of enhanced educational, mental health, and law enforcement services to promote a comprehensive healthy childhood development.

COPS announced the first round of the CIS program in April 1999, and the most recent in July 2005. COPS has awarded in excess of $753 million to more than 3,000 grantees to hire more than 6,500 SROs through the CIS program. COPS has provided more than $10 million to hire approximately 100 SROs through the Safe Schools/Healthy Students program.

In addition, in FY 2004 the CIS program coordinated with OJP and other DOJ components to provide funding for SROs to three agencies for 12 positions ($1.5 million in federal funding) in conjunction with OJP's Gang Reduction Project.

Note from Webmaster: This might explain why the school dropped off my daughter's school report at the police station instead of giving it to me and why they were so hostile after CPS and the Police got involved. New 2005 COPS Grants

Three new COPS grants are available to targeted lists of law enforcement agencies. Only communities specifically identified in the solicitations are eligible to apply in 2005. Applications for the grant programs are available at www.grants.gov or from the COPS Office Response Center, 1.800.421.6770.

Interoperable Communications Technology Program: Almost $100 million is available to law enforcement to improve interoperability between law enforcement agencies and other first responders. Deadline for applying is July 15, 2005. The Interop Invitee Letter provides general guidelines about the program and the 2005 Interop Invitees list names the eligible agencies.

Secure Our Schools (SOS) Grant Program: Almost $15 million is available to law enforcement agencies to purchase school safety equipment and technology. Deadline for applying is June 15, 2005. The SOS Invitee Letter provides general guidelines about the program and the 2005 SOS Invitees list names the eligible agencies.

Tribal Resources Grant Program (TRGP): Up to $20 million is available to address the needs of tribal law enforcement by providing a variety of funding options. They include salary and benefits for new sworn law officer positions, law enforcement training, uniforms, basic-issue equipment, department-wide technology, and vehicles for new and existing officers.

There are two ways to apply for TRGP 2005: Agencies can submit a paper copy of the application, which can be obtained from the COPS Office Response Center, 1.800.421.6770 or, beginning on May 13, 2005, agencies can apply online at www.grants.gov. To be considered for funding, applications must be completed online or postmarked no later than May 31,2005.

They are RACKETEERING! They kidnap thousands of innocent children each year for PROFIT and have become this nations largest Organized Crime mafia. I have seen firsthand the corruption and what they do to obtain children illegally. All they care about is PROFIT and destroying families so that they can obtain Federal Funds. Nothing they do is legal. They are a drain on our economy and they degrade our society. They are draining our financial resources and frauduently obtaining Social Security. They are a shameful discusting organization that hurts more children than they help. My daughter is living proof of their destructive ways. They are EVIL and they resemble NAZI's. There was no reason for them to have done what they did to me and my daughter and I vow to expose this agency until they are either ABOLISHED or reformed.

I have seen their sneaky ways; how they kidnap children and attempt to turn them against their parents using "negative therapy" and punishment-reward techniques used in World War II. They use drugs, alienation, lies, manipulation, deceit, cocersion, bribes and threats to keep our children hostage. They falsify documents, commit perjury and lie in Court. They withhold evidence and change court dates so parents can't attend their own hearings. They enlist attorney's to assist them with carrying out their dirty deeds to illegally obtain custody of the child. These attorney's use "loopholes" in the law to assist CPS, and by doing so they are handsomely rewarded. This agency is in cahoots with Doctors, Lawyers, Judges, Therapists, Contracted vendors and many others. Doctors who are over drugging children are receiving kickbacks from Pharmacutical companies and many children are being used as medical experiments.

Most people don't see what they are doing because they hide behind their "facade". They media exploits the abused children on TV and show abusive parents, yet rarely cover the other side of this dirty business, perhaps in fear of retaliation. It is a fact that more children die in foster care than at home but no one ever hears the truth. Many reporters ignore parents who call them to report fraud. Most of the children this agency takes are NOT abused or neglected and proof of this can be found on the statistics their own agency supplies. Only 20% of the children are abused or neglected but they mislead the public using media so they can obtain the public's sympathy to continue building their empire.

CPS slanders parents using false mental reports given to them by Therapists they employ. They even enlist the Police to harass parents and many are thrown in jail on false charges. This is a "business" to many and it provides job security. They don't really care about children. I have seen their training material and other documents which depict $$$ on every single page. They take children based on false allegations because they get paid for every child they kidnap. Most children are taken from school and without a warrant or investigation, as in my case. They destroy families without any conscious and rarely return them when allegations turn out to be false. Parents are forced into various federally funded programs whether or not they need it because this brings in more Federal Funds and these agencies lie so they too can profit. Innocent parents are being turned into criminals by "Kangaroo Courts" and District Attorney's work with CPS to ensure convictions so that parents can't fight back. Everyone is getting paid by the county and is obtaining Federal funds. Since they are all being paid by the same source there is no justice. Children's rights are being on stepped on for they have no voice. Many children over 12 are being kept off the stand so their testimonies can't be properly documented like in my case. Parents who speak out are given "gag orders" in "secret courts" by corrupt Judges who protect these atrocities and even obstruct justice. Many Judges are sitting at the head of "Adoption Agencies" and are receiving kickbacks and other incentives. Parents are unable to fight back because they are thrown in jail if they exercise their first amendment right to FREEDOM OF SPEECH. Innocent parents are being victimized while these profiteers force our children into foster home after foster home. Many babies are being taken at birth and are being sold by adoption agencies. This HUMAN TRAFFICKING has to stop! Parents and children's civil liberties have been violated long enough. Too many children have died at the hands of our State "protectors".

We are DONE!
