Obama Endorses Eugenics

Obama signed the Jay Rockefeller and Hillary Clinton created bill Adoption and Safe Families Act, which gives states huge bonuses for breaking up families, and even gives a reward to the state that permanently adopts out the most children through CPS and foster care. More like Adoption and UNSAFE Families Act. More like DESTROYED Families Act. Look up "Obama signs Adoption and Safe Families Act" and "Adoption and Safe Families Act child quotas".
