Nancy Schaefer Speaks at the World Congress on Families

Nancy Schaefer, President of Eagle Forum of Georgia and Eagle Forum's National Chairman for Parents' Rights, spoke at the World Congress on Families V in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on August 11, 2009.

Pro-family leaders and groups from 63 nations attended the World Congress of Families V. 900 delegates were Dutch and other nations represented included, United States, Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, Chile, the U.K., Ireland, Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Romania, Poland, Latvia, Moldavia, Slovakia, Russia, Nigeria, Ghana, the Democratic Republic, of Congo, Kenya, Pakistan, Australia, and the Philippines. More than 3,000 people around the world watched the live telecast via the Internet.

On August 16th, Schaefer delivered, via cyber space, her speech to the Nordic Committee for Human Rights (NCHR) in Gothenburg, Sweden on the protection of Family Rights in Nordic countries.

Schaefer spoke on "The Unlimited Power of Child Protective Services" (CPS).

She told her audience "children are seized unnecessarily from their families due to federal aid created in 1974 entitled "The Adoption and Safe Families Act." It offers financial incentives to the States that increase adoption numbers. To receive the 'adoption incentives' or 'bonuses', local CPS must have more children. They must have merchandise that sells… this is an abuse of power. It is lack of accountability and it is a growing criminal/political phenomenon spreading around the globe."

Assembyman Blakeslee & Senator Maldonado affiliated with Children Charities

My daughter was placed into a foster home run by Family Care Connections. Both Senator Maldonado and Assemblymen Sam Blakeslee have strong ties to this foster care agency. This is where my daughter learned how to snort drugs that she obtained from her "foster Mother" who abused my daughter. The foster Mother hit my daughter in the face and punched her in the stomach, but CPS did nothing. Jenny was held "hostage" against her will and all of her rights were violated. Social Workers took her cell phone away so she didn't try to contact me. Jenny and I had to hide three cell phones so we could try to stay in touch with one another. When CPS found out they punished my daughter and threatened to pump her stomach. Jenny became depressed and began cutting on herself. She was suicidal and had self inflicted cuts on her wrists, legs, and arms. She told Social workers and many other people that she wanted to go home, but all of them ignored her pleas. I contacted Assemblyman Blakeslee's office but he refused to speak with me. Instead, he contacted CPS and had my daughter moved to a 'maximum security' home to ensure that she didn't escape. Jenny was placed with "Chaperones" 24 hours a day so that she could be watched. They went with her to school and Jenny wasn't even allowed to go to the bathroom alone. She became very distraught at being separated from me and even begged the young chaperone's to help her get away. I made several trips to Assemblyman Blakeslee's office to drop off proof that CPS had fabricated reports and lied in Court. He responded back by sending me a threatening letter; telling me not to call his office again. When I contacted Senator Maldonado's office I received the same cold treatment. I had dropped off evidence of corruption, which included tape recordings of my daughter. Maldonado refused to meet with me, even after I signed a release allowing him access to my case file. Instead, his office made a false report to the CHP claiming that I was harassing him, which was a lie. This report was made right after I requested that a referral to the "Joint Legislative Audit Committee" be done on CPS. The Senator then sent a "special agent" with the "Terrorist" Division to my home. Governor Schwarzenegger recently appointed Senator Maldonado as Lt. Governor.

I see that Assemblyman Sam Blakeslee is the Ca Republican Leader. What a joke. He tried to keep my daughter in the system and actually contacted CPS who placed Jenny with chaperones  to make sure she didn't run away from foster care. She was placed in Family Care Network's housing which is directly connected to Assemblyman Blakeslee and Senator Maldonado. I visited Sams office a few times and dropped off proof  that CPS was breaking laws -- which they said they would copy and return. They never did. Shortly afterwards Sam sent me a nasty letter telling me not contact his office again. Senator Maldonado made a false report to the CHP after I dropped off evidence of foul play. I met his wife at their house  and she assured me Able  would help me and my daughter.  It seems that Able didnt like our meeting or my request for a referral on CPS to the "Joint Legislative Audit Committee". I never even  mentioned his Statuatory Rape. 

The State Auditors office told me NONE of the CPS agencies will be audited and hung up on me. Maldonado contacted Governor Schwarzenegger who sent two people to my house -- one from his office and the other a CHP who is with the

Terrorist Division. Can you imagine? Me, a Mother who is trying to expose  truth about her daughter's kidnapping is considered a TERRORIST!?!?!?!?!?!?

Oh the corruption runs DEEP!

Looks like many Politicians have their hands in the 'cookie jar'. Notice how many Politicians are connected with Children Charities? Big Pharma is making Political campaign contributions off all the foster children who are being drugged. No wonder we can't reform CPS!

Jeff and I spent many nights together. He pursued me. We met over a proposed business deal,  but the real reason he wanted to meet me, as explained later was because he heard I was the "Cats Meow". (lol). Business soon turned to romance. I've been to Jeff house, he's made dinner for me, we've drank red wine and made love all night on his dinner

 train.We've had pajama parties and he's met my daughter Jennifer a few times while being at my home, so he knows Jenny wasn't abused or neglected. Hardly! The relationship didn't work out because I worked  from home  and Jeff didn't want to date a woman who had a child. for  he already raised his kids (Jen was 13 or14 at the time). Since I wasnt prepared to give up my daughter we parted as friends. I left the area, but I consider Jeff to be some one who is very special. A good man!

BANK FRAUD AND POLICE CORRUPTION RAMPENT IN CPS CASES

CPS kidnapped my daughter and during this time CPS Director Leeland Collins takes pictures of my home. He is a real estate investor who is flipping properties with people from other children charities. He is on the "Mental Health" non profit and the husband of the Social Worker who took my daughter is on another children's non profit. The Social Workers son sells real estate and gives Real Estate loans.

CPS tried to throw me in jail by issuing me an illegal "Gag Order". They wanted me to take down my websites and write letters to the media telling them NOT to cover our story. When I wouldn't comply they tried to throw me in jail, so I fled the State.

My home was broken into by a squatter and together with my bookkeeper they embezzled $30,000 from my Bank of America Account.

Enter the Police who have a Children's Non profit.In fact they assisted him. The squatter stole my truck and many of my valuables which he placed in a storage unit under his name. The Police refused to file charges or lock down the storage unit even though I had proof that this crime had occurred. I had letters from my CPA and tape recordings from the squatters accomplances, but this was ignored. Since I own a mini storage facility I explained to them the law but they still refused.

I put the Police in touch with Bank of America explaining that I needed a report to file a Claims loss. Afterwards Bank of America refused to reimburse me for my loss. I filed eviction paperwork with the Court but they wouldn't file it; claiming to have lost it. I sent copies of my loss to the District Attorney but they too ignored this crime. I was finally able to get the squatter out and changed the locks only to have him break in again. Once again the Police refused to help me. I hired a property manager but after meeting with Police she changed her mind. Apparently the Police slandered me. I hired a CPA to assist me in evicting the squatter but Police continued to Obstruct Justice.

Since I couldn't get the squatter out of my home it was foreclosed upon. Turns out my loan was sold to Bank of America AFTER contact with the Police. Soon afterwards Bank of America cut off my $100,000.00 line of credit, making it difficult to pay the mortgage on the Collaterized Loan on my business which has approximately $1,000,000.00 (1 MILLION) dollars in equity. They tried to take everything I had! I was not late on my payments (auto autopay), so there was no reason for what Bank of America did. They even closed out my Business accounts and I have been struggling ever since. I am now forced to sell my business at a loss because of these ruthless criminals!

I hear from other CPS Victims who have similar stories for they tell me their homes were also taken. I was not guilty of any crime. In fact the State dropped the Frivolous charges against me yet kept my child. My daughter loved that home and she wanted to go back there once she turned 18. I planned on leaving my daughter the family business, but those dreams are now shattered.

We have lost everything due to FRAUD. My daughter's baby books, all of our pictures, and our memories.

Most of the family court judges in america are corrupt pedophiles

ObamaCare - Send in the Social Workers

The proposed Obama government healthcare bill has a government snitch network built into it, allowing social workers to gain access to your home under the pretext of checking on your new baby, or soon-to-be-born baby. It will result in many many more children being taken from families by state Child Protective Services agencies.

This is the fulfillment of a long-held dream by child protection agencies to gain access to homes, without first getting a report of abuse or neglect, as currently required by law. Mandated visits to homes by government agents has been a favorite cause of Hillary Clinton, and of the radical bureaucrats running the U.S. Administration of Children and Families.

This "home invasion" program is found on page 838 of the lengthy bill, in Section 1904, and it is called the "Home visitation programs for families with young children and families expecting children." The pretext on which the state agents would enter the home would be to "to improve the well-being, health, and development of children by enabling the establishment and expansion of high quality programs providing voluntary home visitation for families with young children and families expecting children." It sounds pretty innocuous, but based on my 15 years of fighting these bureaucrats in court on behalf of innocent families, it can be predicted that the way it will work in real life will be much more sinister.

Visits from the bureaucrats are voluntary in theory. (However, so are income taxes.) Here is how it will work: after your first appointment with your OB/GYN to confirm a pregnancy, the doctor will be required to report it to the leviathan healthcare bureaucracy. If you somehow fall through the cracks during the pregnancy, the birth hospital will do the honors of reporting you to the state. Then, chirpy social workers will show up at your house one day, and pressure you to allow them to come "voluntarily" into your house. These people are so-called "mandated reporters," who must report any abuse or neglect or potentially face fines and jail.

Certain populations will be targeted for this "help," and this should raise even more concern. Here is what the bill says: "The State shall identify and prioritize serving communities that are in high need of such services, especially communities with a high proportion of low-income families or a high incidence of child maltreatment." Translated, this means that poor and racial minority communities will be targeted, since they are more vulnerable and they cannot as readily access legal muscle to repel the invaders.

Once into your home, they will look around and find something, anything, to call"abuse" or "neglect." Their jobs depend on it, and you can be sure that the managers will set quotas, which will never be acknowledged. Then, they will open a case with a child protective services agency, and give you "services," whether you like it or not. In cases that they judge to be more serious, they will likely ask their legal department to bring a court case and possibly remove the children.

This is a backdoor means of obtaining agreement to go around the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution and similar provisions in most state constitutions that prohibit entry into a home without a search warrant. If you agree, then you have waived your right to require a search warrant, which can only be authorized by a magistrate or judge on probable cause that a crime has or is being committed. 

This part of the Obama healthcare bill is terrifying, and the numbers of children taken from families, as well as those who will have to endure weekly or monthly visits from a social worker, will increase manyfold. This conclusion is not speculative, as it is the whole reason for mandating these visits to homes in the first place. If they did not expect to kidnap more children and to open many more administrative cases, the provision would not have been there.

This is the first installment in a series looking at various fine-print provisions of the proposed Obama healthcare bill that deprive citizens of rights, or are of particular concern owing to their likely intrusion on personal privacy or family autonomy.  Check back frequently for further parts in this series, where we will isolate and analyze the scariest parts of the 1017 page Obama healthcare bill.

CPS came into our lives because of a door that I slightly damaged because Jenny wouldn't open it so I could take her Christmas shopping. Instead she wanted to sneak out to see the Juvenile deliquent I forbid her to see. (see our story posted on this site).Today I see she has posted this to her Facebook profile:

" ugh! put a hole in the wall...so grounded..stupid wall for being so flimsy"

My response:

"Jen....How many times do I have to tell ya? The door....you shoulda hit the "door"! lol. Hey I hope you don't mind but I dedicated our work of "art" to the County of San Luis Obispo. WOOT!"

Central Coast Today Blocks My Account - Cover up?

WOW! Central coast today actually banned me from their website!! Could this be a cover up?

Although I joined this site over a year ago I only recently decided to reveal my name and post my first discussion. It was entitled "Government Run Kidnapping Ring". It was meant to be educational and I had hopes that I could implore upon the humanity of San Luis Obispo County residents to help the families who have been ripped apart over false allegations. Right off the bat this group was very clicky. The lady who was soliciting donations for the school slandered & spewed antisemtism towards me which spread to the other members. They were saying things like "she's a conspiracy theorist" and told me to see a shrink. I was trying to make friends with them and was very polite. I tried to contribute to their conversations, but no matter what I said they found a way to shut me out and slander me. They threatened to report me to twitter and they traced my IP address. Then they cut me out of their chats and shut down my site. I have never met any of these people before in my life. I didn't know many people in Atascadero CA because I worked from home and was fairly new to the area.

People like them are prone to cognitive dissonance --in order to dissipate their own sense of guilt and Complacency they will often times attempt to belittle, demean, dehumanize, & demonize the victims of the corrupt systems in which they partake.  In order words I was getting to them!

What's interesting to note is that the people who attacked me were those who were receiving donations for children & those who were once in the system.  Another interesting point to mention is I saw a horse on this website that looks exactly like my horse Ryobi.  I wrote the owner but he didn't answer my questions.  I may never know the truth.  I miss him terriably.  There has to be justice for all of the families who have been victimized by Child Protection Services. I am somewhat hurt that they banned me, especially since I never had the chance to tell our story.  All this does is  prove that people in San Luis Obispo don't care about children and this corruption runs deep. What happened in this town was something out of a horror film. It reminds me of what happened in this Bakersfield town:
