Nancy Schaefer Speaks at the World Congress on Families

Nancy Schaefer, President of Eagle Forum of Georgia and Eagle Forum's National Chairman for Parents' Rights, spoke at the World Congress on Families V in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on August 11, 2009.

Pro-family leaders and groups from 63 nations attended the World Congress of Families V. 900 delegates were Dutch and other nations represented included, United States, Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, Chile, the U.K., Ireland, Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Romania, Poland, Latvia, Moldavia, Slovakia, Russia, Nigeria, Ghana, the Democratic Republic, of Congo, Kenya, Pakistan, Australia, and the Philippines. More than 3,000 people around the world watched the live telecast via the Internet.

On August 16th, Schaefer delivered, via cyber space, her speech to the Nordic Committee for Human Rights (NCHR) in Gothenburg, Sweden on the protection of Family Rights in Nordic countries.

Schaefer spoke on "The Unlimited Power of Child Protective Services" (CPS).

She told her audience "children are seized unnecessarily from their families due to federal aid created in 1974 entitled "The Adoption and Safe Families Act." It offers financial incentives to the States that increase adoption numbers. To receive the 'adoption incentives' or 'bonuses', local CPS must have more children. They must have merchandise that sells… this is an abuse of power. It is lack of accountability and it is a growing criminal/political phenomenon spreading around the globe."

CONSPIRACY THEORY? The "C" word

I used to avoid the "C" word because people don't like to hear it. When you say "conspiracy" they look at you like you're nuts. How can everyone be conspiring against one person...little old me? Well, the answer is real simple.  They do this to EVERYONE. Nothing personal but they make alot of money off kidnapping kids. I won't discuss how much the CPS human traffickers are bringing in just yet, but lets just say it's a tremendous amount of money. Enough to where they have to keep taking more and more children to feed the growing crowd of greedy people. Of course there are other "incentives" and slush funds that aren't being accounted for as well as real estate investments, which could be part of the reason why they are real sensitive at the mention of the word AUDIT.  

Case in Point:

It's interesting to note that everyone who played a part in removing my daughter benefitted financially. Everyone had  non profit accounts and no one seems to get audited. I called the auditor Gene Siddach and he blew me off.  I even called Sally Flanders who administers the Federal funds in Ca. to alert her to the fact that they were committing fraud. She didn't care. Neither did any of the Ca. Senators. In fact I was told by the Legislative audit committee "will not be an audit". Hmmmm. How strange... Ok, so what does this mean?  Who's behind it? Why do  Diane Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, Arnold Schwartzenegger and many others continue to ignore the fraud that's occuring throughout California?  Well, lets look at some of the players:

Partial list: The Players

CWS/CPS, Police, Doctors, Lawyers, Therapists, Judges, Mental Health, CASA, Board of Supervisors, County Counsel, Contracted vendors, etc. Basically all of the people who are paid by the County. This seems to be the case throughout California and many other states. 

Lets take a  closer look:  

CPS is a Government kidnapping agency.  The Federal Government is Buying the kids and CPS is selling them and everyone makes money. This is why they all work in collusion together. They have to back each other up encase they get sued because if they don't they will lose the money train.

The Social worker has to "perform" otherwise  she gets demoted or fired. They have  yearly projections and quotas to meet, and if CPS doesn't meet their target, or is short on  children they must issue a refund back to the Federal Government for monies they revieved from the previous year.  They are required to "increase" the numberw of children in the system each year. Is this due to population or do we have more drug addicts? With all of the Federal Programs we have I would think that half the nation has been in rebab and parenting classes. There's more "bennies", but back to following the money....

Follow the Money:

The Board of supervisors doesn't care because CPS brings in money to the County. They are also  on the Police Department's  non profit account. I believe they also get a retirement fund or some kind of kickback.  I've seen their memos which state "Increase Child welfare income".  The schools receive federal funding, while Doctors and therapists receive steady income, some receive kickbacks from the Pharmacuitical companies, others double bill and commit Medicaid fraud. It's common for them to rack up a bunch of bogus charges, and they return the favor to CPS by writing up false reports because they make a killing off foster kids.  Some Judges sit at the head of adoption agencies and receive kickbacks from detention centers so ther more kids in the system the more money.

The GAL and CASA are guaranteed steady income, sometimes until the child turns 18. In some cases they don't even see the child, like in my case. They just had their name on the paperwork and claimed they had a "waitlist" even though I they were seeing other children (risk management). The GAL did nothing to help my daughter yet I will be billed for his  non "services". CPS loves to help you get an attorney because they help them obtain children using loopholes in the system.   Some attorney's and other opportunists make money off flipping real estate because after CPS takes the kids they take their house. Often time they have the police and DA assist with doing  the dirty work for  parents who are thrown in prison can't pay their bills.  Even the prisons make them money on the stock market and most County Employees have a nice benefit package. Take a look at the campaign contributions to Obama....wheew....they like those Government programs! Big Pharma Daddy also makes large campaign contributions and Politicians look the other way instead of assisting their constituants. Since  most of the children in foster care are drugged, some as young as toddlers, no wonder they grow up to be drug addicts. 

WHO'S THE REAL DRUG PUSHER??

70% of our prison population are former foster kids and most are in there for drugs. Many are sent to Mental Institutions where many are being overmedicated. Some children are on as much as 6-17 different medications, even the toddlers are starting young. This is why all of the children are sent to "Therapy" or to "psychriasts".  I think some  Judges get a kickback off Mental health because my Judge kept throwing my daughter back in negative "therapy" whenever she begged to go home. The director of CPS is on several of the children mental health non profits. Ya get the picture?

Yea folks this is really where  your hard earned money is going.  Into the pockets of kiddie nappers who are profiteering using  non profit organizations and expanding their empire all under the guise of helping abused children that they kidnap in about 70% of the cases. They receive tax free money from YOUR  tax dollars! The more children they have in the system the more money they make. That's why they all stick together like flies on honey. They back each other up with  manufactured "evidence" that guarantees their salary and everybody makes makes money. Cha-ching-cha-ching-cha-ching. 

So the next time I say the "C" word - look up the meaning of what this word means. I checked a few dicionaries and they state  basically the same thing.

ILLEGAL REMOVAL OF MINOR

Shame Summarization: Social Dis-Services

I  previously documented the events of my daughter's removal on December 7, 2007 by the Atascadero Police Department.  The second removal occurred on January 25, 2008 by Social worker Amy Sensenbach  who took  my daughter from school in the morning. A false mandated report was made in the afternoon after my daughter was placed into fostercare.  There was no "imminent danger" on either occasion, and was not present for either removal.  There was never any warrant as required by law. No investigation was performed and the Wefare & Institution Codes (WIC) guidelines were not followed.  This social worker who took my daughter never even visited my home. I invited her over to investigate but she declined, telling me "it's not necessary". 

She took my daughter even after we followed her recommendations. We completed the mental evaluaton, IQ tests, therapy, and I submitted to drug & alcohol tests which were clean.  We were getting along good, Jenny was attending school and life was great. We had a lovely Christmas (2007) which was spent with some of Jenny's friends. I treated us to a fancy hotel for a weekend getaway and we rented a limosine. We drove around and saw the Chrismas lights, had a nice dinner and went out for ice cream. That was just weeks before she was taken.  There simply wasn't any justification  in what this social worker did. There should have been an investigation. I requested that she be taken off the case, but my  requests were ignored.

This social worker knew things were going well but she kept going to my daughter's school and this upset Jenny for she was embarassed and was missing class.  Jenny was already vunerable  due to the recent break up with her boyfriend, and this Social worker took advantage of her fragil state. She told her things that upset her so much to where Jenny would lock herself in her bedroom after school. I had no idea at the time what she was saying to my daughter. I found out later she was telling her I was crazy and other lies which  hurt her. This is when my daughter first cut on herself.  I noticed a small scab on her arm  the following week and asked CPS once again to remove this social worker. I then called the therapist to express my concerns about this social worker who was on a "witch hunt" from day one.  Soon afterwards the Social worker took my daughter from school claiming that  I "failed to protect"!   This small self inflicted wound which was  not much bigger than a paper cut on the top of her arm, done a week before was actually used to peform an "emergency removal". This was unlawful. 

On the morning she took my daughter we had spoke. I indicated that Jenny and I might go up north to run the business for the summer and asked if we could transfer the case. She said yes and I could request this at the upcoming hearing in a few days. She told me she was recommending that Jenny stayed with me yet she took her within 2 hours of our conversation. She called me later to let me know she had my daughter and when I questioned her she said "I lied".  

This social worker not only removed my daughter, but she also wrote the false report for the court.  Her reports are  filled with inuendos that are not only until untrue but they are complete fabrications that are malicious in nature. She worked in collusion with my ex-husband who she never even met. According to the courts file they were secretly emailing one another and she was even giving him advice. While she was guiding him she was busy slandering me; contacting people in attempts to  coerce them into writing false statements about me.  I had only met this social worker one brief time so her behavior was appalling. 

The facts were twisted, evidence was supressed and she purposely misled the court based on her submission of false findings, without any  merit or evidence to support her facts. She had abused her position of trust through deceitful actions and this should have been enough reason to reprimand her; at the very least she should have been taken off the case. Even though I filed a formal complaint with the Civil Rights department it was ignored, so she was allowed to continue discrediting me, even breaking HIIPA Laws by faxing documents to doctors so they would write lies about me in my medical file which she would use against me.  Justice was obstructed throughout this enire case which was flawed from beginning to end.  There was a conflict of interest by having  her write the the reports she fabricated and this resulted in unfair court rulings.

ARGUMENT: REMOVAL CASE POINTS (see statement on Police abuse)

1) Neither removal was legal for Police did not issue a warrant as required by law. There was no physical abuse or any neglect, nor was there any history of me abusing my daughter. 

2) Police knew my daughter so they were aware she was not abused. At least two officers felt this removal wasn't warranted. One told me he didn't think I even committed a crime. The second officer  did not  feel my daughter should have been removed. This leads me to think that the decision was made by  Police Chief Muhul ]:> who avoids  my calls. Or it could be because of #3

3) Police officer Wyatt Casfeldt obstructed justice by not allowing me to be present while questioning my daughter on December 7, 2007.  He took her without allowing me the opportunity to explain my side. This officer was angry at my daughter from an incident that occured the month before and I feel certain he was trying to teach her a lesson. Jenny hung up on him and he threatened to "make your life a complete hell". This  officer showed up on Deceember 7th when he took Jenny to foster care while I was Christmas shopping.  He wouldn't even allow her to answer the phone when I called.  

4) The officer extracted a statement out of my daughter which cannot be used because it most likely was coerced. This officer attempted to make up a story about me running from the Police. He stated that he came to my home at 11:00pm and I wasn't home. He was accusing me of running from a  crime scene so he could make his report sound good.   He looked over at his partner to try to get her to agree and I said "what are you trying to pull"? I got home after the stores closed between 8:30-9:00pm and he's a liar.

 

5) The Police arrested me on Child endangerment, which was ridiculas. He did this to make the bail high for it was  excessive at$100,000. Maybe he's friends with the bailsbondman.   I was not guilty of child abuse. This was a false arrest. The charges were dropped.

6) On December  4, 2007 Governor Schwarzenegger put out a memo entitled "Kids first" which was signed by Police Chiefs, Judges, and schools. My daughter was taken 5 days later. This  program was misused by Police so they could obtain Federal Grants. These grants are known as COP or CIS (Cops in Schools).  My daughter was regularily attending school at the time of the removal so  proves this  removal was done strictly for profit. CPS and Police worked together. 

7) At least one social worker wasn't in agreement with my arrest or CPS taking my daughter. She even attempted to halt it, but was told she had to do her job. Another worker tried to help and he was reassigned or fired. The social worker couldn't even admit that my daughter was abused and the foster parent told me to take a nice "vacation" and that Jenny needed to spread her wings. Easy for her to say - she got paid to babysit my 16 1/2 year old.

8) When they returned my daughter they falsified the form stating she was in foster care. This is a lie.  My ex should have stepped up to the plate and been honest with CPS instead of allowing our daughter to languish in foster care without seeing her.  

There are MANY laws that were violated. This is just the beginning. They should have returned my daughter after I pointed out they took her illegally. This whole situation was sick. I have to write this in stages because there is so much we went through. Of course we lost our house and everything we own. For What?

The Police Dept. haven't filed their tax returns yet. Looks like their  Non-profit was created a couple of years ago.  The more children  they collect -- the more money. No wonder they are working with CPS. This explains why they are  victimizing many Mothers who they are throwing in jail for simply trying to protect their children. I wonder if they own stock too.....? We'll go into that later on (Big bucks in detention centers)

 

If the Police are taking kids like my daughter then I know for  a fact they are Corrupt. The police officer who came to my home knew my daughter wasn't  abused. In fact,  the officer who was with him didn't want to take  Jenny. At least she was honest.  My daughter wasn't in any danger and  I was christmas shopping when they took her.  I wasn't even home. The officer was angry at my daughter because the month before she hung up on him  and he threatened to make her life a living hell.  He wouldn't let Jenny answer the phone when I called the house.He obstructed justice and entered my home without a warrant and took Jenny with no "imminent danger". 

This same officer witnessed my daughter sneaking out of foster care to see me. He and his buddy's dragged her back while she cried. No one stood up and said "this is wrong". The only person who felt this wasn't right was the one  female officer. Thank you Linda. At least you are honest.  

QUESTIONS FOR POLICE CHIEF JIM MULHULL:

 

WHY  DIDN'T YOU MAKE CPS RETURN JENNY AFTER THEY KIDNAPPED HER FROM SCHOOL?

WHERE'S THE WARRANT TO REMOVE MY CHILD ON BOTH  DECEMBER 9, 2007, AND JANUARY 25, 2008? 

WHY DID YOUR OFFICERS BREAK INTO MY HOME AFTER PRETENDING TO LOOK FOR MY DAUGHTER WHILE GOING THROUGH MY PAPERWORK?

WHY DID MY  EVIDENCE DISAPPEAR? WHO WOULD WANT MY CASE FILE?????

WHY DID YOU DO NOTHING WHEN I CALLED THE POLICE WHEN MY DAUGHTER WAS BECOMING EMOTIONALLY UNSTABLE? I SHOWED YOUR AGENCY PICTURES OF HER CUTTING. WHY WAS THIS IGNORED?

POLICE CORRUPTION - Conspiracy with CPS

MY VERSION IS BELOW:

"Further complicating the child’s access to safety was the withholding of evidence by Child Welfare Services (CWS) and  OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE by the soon to be former Chief of Police Jim Mulhull in Atascadero, California" 

"The evidence withheld from Court Record by C.P.S. included my ex-husbands past abuse, restraining order, contempt of court, kidnapping, substance abuse, Recent child custody orders. My daughter statements and repeated requests to go home were ignored by CPS and the court. Her letters and MySpace page showing a CPS REFORM VIDEO with a picture of NOOSE and an EMPTY GAS CAN. The words I LOVE MY MOTHER, THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME, I WANT TO GO HOME, on and on. All were ignored. Her text messages were placed on this blog but CPS claimed they could not read them. Videos were placed on YouTube but CPS flagged them so they were taken down"  

Not only was Kathleen fighting to protect her daughter from CPS but she was dealing with police corruption by the soon to beformer Police Chief who authorized illegal house raids and had officers monitoring Kathleen's home. The Police arrested Kathleen on a FALSE DUI charge to stop her from speaking out at a Rally in Washington DC. She was asked if she was going to attend just the day before. The Police Chief did not like the idea that Kathleen was making legislative proposals to stop the corruption and they knew she was investigating the NON PROFIT ACCOUNTS assocuated with Child Welfare. Turns out the Police Department have a new children's non profit and they are paid each time they remove a child. This explains why the officer went outside with the Social worker....so they could cook up false charges and give me a high bail. Kathleen persisted in calling CPS and the police to help her daughter but was warned of the consequences of making any further reports. She was not allowed to get her daughter who was being mentally abused, nor was she allowed to take her to a therapist of her choosing, but to one chosen by C.P.S."

"Week after week, the Juvenile  Court, C.P.S, and the Atascadero Police  prevented her from protecting her own daughter. Instead, her daughter was forced to have her 16 1/2 year old be dragged from foster care to foster care and into the hands of the suspected abusers."

"Slowly but surely, Jennifer was forced into silence. The distress over her daughter’s suffering became so traumatizing that Kathleen  was unable to perform her job or operate her business. Kathleen had previously had perviously been a thriving entrepreneur. However, in order to pay the attorney fees, and fight for her daughter she became forced to sell her real estate property in a distressed market, and lost the family home. She had no one to help her. The distress and desperate attempts to get her daughter back caused her health to fail" 

"Kathleen contacted several child advocacy groups, government agencies, and private non- profits that were unable and/or unwilling to help protect Jennifer, and the prosecutor refused to investigate why CPS kidnapped Jennifer, They would not help her even after she went to their office to ask for help. Kathleen contacted City Manager Wade McKinney but he ignored her calls. So did the school, CASA, and other children advocates"

ENDING :

Kathleen had to leave California because she was tired of being slandered by the Police and CPS. She was tired of asking for help, tired of the house raids, police visits, and false arrests, so she left town for her own protection for it was evident that the Police, CPS and others were attempting to quiet her from speaking out about kidnapping her daughter.

Katleen was embezzled by $30,000. A squatter broke into her home and her bookkeeper forged $10,000 worth of checks. She also broke into Kathleen's bank account and transferred $20,000 out of her line of credit. Kathleen's personal belongings were stolen. Her safe was broken into. The police allowed the squatter to remain in her home despite the fact that Kathleen did NOT rent her home or have any rental agreement. The squatter removed items out of a storage untit even after Kathleen requested they place a warrent because the items belonged to her. They obstucted Justice by ignoring this request. Her car was stolen and police were aware of this -- but again they refused to help Kathleen even after she gave them proof of embezzlement and mailed her complaint in writing. The District Attorney refuses to prosecute the theives and now the bank cut off Kathleens $100,000 business line of credit that was needed to float her business. Kathleen can't file a loss report with the insurance company because the Police are obstructing Justice.

SO NOW KATHLEEN IS LOSING EVERYTHING DUE THE COLLUSION BETWEEN CPS AND POLICE AND MANY OTHERS
