Time to AUDIT all CPS agencies. The profiteer kid snatchers. They don't care where they place children as long as they get Federal Funds. More children die in State care than at home. This agency should be ABOLISHED. They are completely corrupt. The corruption is past the Judical level so we need to start looking at Congress for some answers. Who is profitting off all these children?
