The Police Dept. haven't filed their tax returns yet. Looks like their Non-profit was created a couple of years ago. The more children they collect -- the more money. No wonder they are working with CPS. This explains why they are victimizing many Mothers who they are throwing in jail for simply trying to protect their children. I wonder if they own stock too.....? We'll go into that later on (Big bucks in detention centers)
If the Police are taking kids like my daughter then I know for a fact they are Corrupt. The police officer who came to my home knew my daughter wasn't abused. In fact, the officer who was with him didn't want to take Jenny. At least she was honest. My daughter wasn't in any danger and I was christmas shopping when they took her. I wasn't even home. The officer was angry at my daughter because the month before she hung up on him and he threatened to make her life a living hell. He wouldn't let Jenny answer the phone when I called the house.He obstructed justice and entered my home without a warrant and took Jenny with no "imminent danger".
This same officer witnessed my daughter sneaking out of foster care to see me. He and his buddy's dragged her back while she cried. No one stood up and said "this is wrong". The only person who felt this wasn't right was the one female officer. Thank you Linda. At least you are honest.
QUESTIONS FOR POLICE CHIEF JIM MULHULL:
WHY DIDN'T YOU MAKE CPS RETURN JENNY AFTER THEY KIDNAPPED HER FROM SCHOOL?
WHERE'S THE WARRANT TO REMOVE MY CHILD ON BOTH DECEMBER 9, 2007, AND JANUARY 25, 2008?
WHY DID YOUR OFFICERS BREAK INTO MY HOME AFTER PRETENDING TO LOOK FOR MY DAUGHTER WHILE GOING THROUGH MY PAPERWORK?
WHY DID MY EVIDENCE DISAPPEAR? WHO WOULD WANT MY CASE FILE?????
WHY DID YOU DO NOTHING WHEN I CALLED THE POLICE WHEN MY DAUGHTER WAS BECOMING EMOTIONALLY UNSTABLE? I SHOWED YOUR AGENCY PICTURES OF HER CUTTING. WHY WAS THIS IGNORED?
WHY AREN'T THEY ARRESTING THE PEOPLE WHO EMBEZZED FROM ME AFTER I WAS FORCED TO LEAVE TOWN?
HOW MUCH MONEY WAS MADE ILLEGALLY OFF MY DAUGHTER'S KIDNAPPING?

I called the Atascadero police department today and got the SAME run around. They won't do anything about the man who broke into my house and stole my stuff or the bookkeeper who embezzled. The squatter who committed these crimes conspired with my previous bookkeeper who had just started working for me the previous month. She did NOT have any power of attorney yet she forged a rental agreement with the squatter and together they carried out this crime.
This squatter continues to live in my home rent free because of Police obstruction. They claim he is allowed to live there because of a forged rental agreement which was illegally drawn up by the bookkeeper who embezzled. This man broke into my home and my safe. He went through my boxes and took out the items he wanted and they were moved to an undisclosed location. Some boxes were placed into a storage unit which he put in his name. When I asked the police to put a warrant on the unit they told me it was his unit. They refused to help me secure my belongings and even allowed him to empty out the unit. Police tell me he put the stuff back in my home but many items are missing. I had told the police to lock it down so an inventory could be done with the items in place. The insurance company needed this but Police obstructed justice. Now that the items are in the home with the squatter doing an inventory has been difficult. As a result the insurance company was not able to complete the claim.
This storage unit could have been transferred into my name for I could have used a power of attorney. Nothing else but my stuff was in there and I did not agree to have my stuff placed in this man's name. I own a mini storage facility so I know a power of attorney could have been done and the unit could have been transferred into my name.
The police were told by witnesses that this squatter was also trying to sell my car for 1,000. He even took the title. Why would the Atascadero police allow this man to break in my house, steal my stuff, empty out the storage unit containing my items and still let him live in my home? They have a 20 page document from a CPA outlining the theft. This squatter claims he was doing "home improvement" but I never hired him to work for me. The police know my house isn't remodeled and they have copies of the forged checks. They were sent proof in writing and documents were uploaded showing text messages and witness tape recordings yet they will not review these documents.
Sgt. Greg Myer found my car at the squatter's workers house yet he didn't make any arrest. The car was recently left at a store parking lot after I told the Police chief I had witnesses who saw my truck being driven around town. The truck has recently been recovered by my friend who owns an auto repair shop. My mechanic tells me the ignition is damaged which is further proof that my car was stolen. Sgt. Meyer personally is aware of this theft and who did it.
The two witnesses who went to the police department to tell them about the embezzlement now have disconnected phone numbers. Were they threatened by the Police? They went to the station in person to make a report so why are police telling me I have to go in person when the witness already made a report? The Atascadero Police have given me a false DUI so and now there is a warrant which prevents me from going to the Police. I am not in California anyhow and they are aware of this so why can't they take a written request? When I ask where in the law it states I have to go in person the dispatcher doesn't know.
I have called the District Attorney Jessie Marino but he says there's no crime. According to the law there is. When I call back the secretary won't put me through and she hangs up on me. I call City Hall and Mike McKinney never returns my calls. I have mailed both the Police and the District attorney proof of embezzlement, fraud, breaking and entering, extortion, and theft of my vehicle yet he does nothing. I have called County Counsel and still no response.
I feel certain that the Police have something to hide. Why else would they raid my home and go through my drawers without a warrant? They knew I was investigating the non profits associated with CPS so perhaps they didn't want me to find theirs. In my opinion they could be responsible for the theft and are now are trying to throw me in jail to cover up their crimes against me. If they weren't involved then why didn't they investigate these missing files? I was still living in my home at the time but they decided to closed out the file.
Why is the Police dept involved in a cover up?
When I call the court about either cases they don't want to talk to me. Court Administrator Susan Matherly ignores this situation. They do things differently in the the San Luis Obispo Courthouse. There you have to see "certain people" and they stamp the BACK of court filings. I used to work at Sacramento Court and that's not how we it. The Court clerks also made it hard for me to get my case file.
None of this would be happening if it weren't for the involvement of CPS...........
